El orgullo no siempre grita, a veces susurra. Se esconde en actitudes sutiles que ignoramos si no
las confrontamos.

1. Examina tus pensamientos antes de hablar
Pregúntate: “¿Estoy hablando desde la verdad o desde la necesidad de tener la razón?”
Muchas veces, el orgullo se manifiesta en nuestras opiniones disfrazadas de preocupación
o corrección.
2. Evita justificar tus errores constantemente
Una señal de orgullo es la incapacidad de reconocer fallas sin defenderse. La humildad
acepta responsabilidad y aprende, aun cuando el error no fue intencional.
3. Escucha con intención, no solo para responder
Escuchar es una forma poderosa de humildad. Cuando oímos con atención y sin
interrumpir, comunicamos que la otra persona es valiosa y que no necesitamos tener
siempre la última palabra.
